The Long Distance race Association ‘AETHLIOS’ organizes on May 22 2020 – 62Km Race.
Both races will be held at the same time with a common starting point and following the same route.
The start will be common for both races, on Friday 22nd May 2020 at 14:30, in front of the entrance of the Ancient Stadium of Ancient Nemea.
The route for the 62 kms race will be from Ancient Nemea to Levidi 61.7 kms.
The checkpoints are the same with those of the Olympian Race throughout the route and there is only one point of time limit for exclusion, in the middle of the race. This point is in Skotitni, (33.5 kms at 19:20 on Friday 22nd May). The finishing time limit is ten (10) hours.
CATEGORIES – AWARDS
The three men and the three women who come first will be awarded in Levidi just after the finish.
All the other athletes who finish the race at the appointed time limit will receive a memorial medal.
The memorial certificates of the athletes with the official time recorded will be posted to them a few days after the end of the race.

COST OF PARTICIPATION
The cost for the participation in the 62 kms race is 40€ including:
– Transfer from Panathinaiko Stadium (Kallimarmaro), Friday morning 22/5/2020 to the hotel in Korinthos by coach for the briefing about the race.
– Journey to the starting point in the Ancient Stadium of Nemea
– Catering throughout the race
– Transfer from Levidi to Athens on Friday evening after end of race. (22/5/2020)
In case the athlete comes to the race in his car the participation cost will be 30€.
We inform all the athletes that they can receive their numbers for the race on Friday morning (22/5) in a hotel in Corinth until eleven o’clock (11:00 am) the latest.
Also there will be buses on the way to pick up the athletes who abandon the race as well as medicare by doctors and ambulances.
